In making this bid and in connection with the sale or transfer of property from Northern Michigan University to the undersigned, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the sale or transfer of the property is made AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED and confirms that the undersigned has had the opportunity to submit this bid in full knowledge and good faith.

All sales are FINAL: NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES or ADJUSTMENTS will be made on any award.

All sales are final.Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 calendar days of close of auction. Public Surplus will notify the Successful Bidder of receipt of payment via email. Successful Bidder must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item.

PayMac handles all payment for Northern Michigan University. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Buyers Premium: TEN PERCENT (10%) SURCHARE will be added to all purchases made.

Taxes: 6% sales shall be added to the final sale price, unless the Bidder provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment.

Pick Up Hours: By Appointment Only. Successful Bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
