The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up.
The college does not provide any type of shipping or loading help – absolutely no boxing, packaging, shipping or loading assistance in any way. Buyer is responsible for all necessary equipment and man power to load and secure load.

This includes but is not limited to bidder's failure to make payment within required payment period, failure to make appointment for pick-up of surplus items and rude or discourteous behavior toward College staff.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
