The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Remember - this bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item.
Many items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday through Thursday during business hours. No weekend pickups are available.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation (SHIPPING) of the property. No Assistance or Tools will be provided.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agency’s premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
No assistance will be provided.
Winning bidder must pick up “ALL” items in won auction.

PayMac handles all payments for Midwestern State University. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

Bid Deposits: Midwestern State University may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

No other individual or entity will be authorized to pick up the items. Midwestern State University is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred when picking up items. Auction winner must present auction receipt as well as a copy of a state-issued driver's license at time of pick up.
