Motors For Good is a 501C 3 public non-profit that acquires vehicles to sell to support work with families and children in need. For more information about Motors For Good, please visit www.motors4good.com. Vehicles come to us from a number of different sources and in most cases we do not have a history with these vehicles. We do our best to represent the condition of vehicles, but we are not mechanics and vehicles do not undergo a mechanical inspection prior to auction. You are welcome to come inspect any of the vehicles, but you are not able to take them off the premises. Please feel free to contact us with questions. Vehicle is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Buyer may not rely upon any information provided (whether orally, in writing and/or in digital image form), including but not limited to: year, make, model, condition, damage amount, damage type, drivability, accessories, mileage, odometer disclosures, vehicle identification number (VIN), title, repair history, title history, and total loss history. Buyer is solely responsible for confirming, researching, and inspecting, vehicles and any/ all information regarding the type, condition, status, and history of vehicles before bidding.
Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged as the TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY for all bidders. Neither Motors For Good or its agents shall be responsible for any representations or statements concerning any equipment, its prior use, condition, suitability for intended purpose, or suitability for which it is customarily devoted.

Bid Deposits: Motors For Good may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
Payment. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after the date of the Notice of Award of the successful bid. Payment must be made in one of the following ways:
Credit Card (3% fee)
ACH Transfer
Wire Transfer
Payment may only be made online by credit card, ACH transfer, or by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Instructions for payment will be provided at the close of auction.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Motors For Good will not release the item to you.
