[ View/Ask ]Description: Four (4) Federal Signal siren and light controller units removed from auctioned vehicles. Units have not been tested. All items are in sold in "As-Is" condition. No mounting hardware is included.

Size: (4) units fit in a 12" x 12" x 13.5" box
Pick-up days and time: Monday through Friday, closed on holidays. Time frame is 0700-1500 and by appointment only (702) 828-2624 or (702) 828-3872. Please schedule an appointment for pick-up with a minimum of one (1) business day notice. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within five (5) business days after payment and notification from Public Surplus.
Pick-up status: Buyer is responsible for loading and removal of auction item(s). Schedule a pick-up appointment only after your payment to Public Surplus has posted.
Pick-up terms: All sales are final. Winning bidder pick-up must present proper identification and receipt document(s) from public surplus. Buyers unable to come in person may arrange for their own shipper to pick up items. Buyer must submit an original document(s) with their full legal information that matches Public Surplus records giving permission for the release to another individual or company. The letter/email must state the buyer’s legal name and indicate person authorized for pick-up. Buyer and authorized person must provide their original state issued ID showing full info and signature. Once payment and all info in letter is verified, LVMPD will then release the items.
LVMPD will not ship or make any exceptions to ship.

Bid Deposits: LVMPD may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for LVMPD.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Current State of Nevada, Clark County, Sales tax is applicable.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the LVMPD will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
