The Library staff have no information about the items on bid and cannot answer any questions. Use the email address to send us your questions and be sure to read the purchase and pick up instructions in the agreements section.
If multiple items are available in the same quality and condition, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. For example, if there are 10 chairs of equal quality and condition, the first person to pick up their items may choose whichever chairs they prefer.
- Auction will close on March 9, 2026 at Noon.
- Winning bidder will receive an email of the items they won the for their bid(s).
- Winning bidder’s payment must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Payment is by credit/debit card only.
- Once payment is made, Details of times and location will be emailed only to those who have completed payment.
- All purchased and paid items must be picked up on either Saturday, March 14 or Sunday, March 15, 2026 from the Central Library. Details for pickup will be emailed to the bidders who have paid for their winning bids.
- No appointments are necessary for pickup. Bring payment receipt, a picture ID, and a vehicle that can transport the items you purchased. No staff can assist you in loading and packing your vehicle.
