All purchased items must be picked up on either March 7 or March 8, 2026 from the Central Library. Detailed instructions with times and location will be sent to the winning bidder who will be emailed when the auction closes on March 3rd at 12:00 Noon.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
