No On-Site Assistance: NO STAFF ASSISTANCE OR REMOVAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED ON-SITE.
Required Equipment & Labor: Receiving agency/buyer MUST supply all of their own proper equipment (dollies, ramps, straps, etc.) and adequate manpower required to load, move, and transport the disassembled components.
As-Is Basis: This item is offered strictly on an "as is, where is" basis.
Transport & Assembly: All packing, loading, pickup, transportation, and final reassembly are 100% the responsibility of the receiving agency/buyer.
Condition & Specifications
Frame & Structure: The table frame is in good condition. The desk has been completely disassembled for storage and is currently in pieces.
Tabletop: Features a two-layer top (acrylic/glass) separated by spacers. Both layers are in good condition (require cleaning only), and all original spacers are included.
Lighting & Electrical: Integrated lights were fully functional when last in use. Basic electrical knowledge will be required to reconnect the wiring and lighting fixtures upon reassembly.
Modesty Panel / Privacy Shield: The custom-cut, brushed metal (silver) privacy shield—which extended from the floor to the tabletop to conceal legs—was glued on and had to be removed during disassembly. It left behind a sticky adhesive edge along the frame and will need to be replaced by the receiver.

Removal & Reassembly: Packing, loading, pickup, transportation, and full reassembly are entirely the responsibility of the receiving agency.

All winning bids must be picked up within 5 days.
We do not provide any forklifts. Buyer is responsible for loading of Purchase. We provide no loading assistance

CSU Stanislaus policy regarding taxes...
We are not removing the sales tax. The buyer will need to pay the sales tax and work with their tax advisor to claim a credit on their tax return.
If bidding on this item, you do know all California State taxes will be paid to complete purchase, you will have to claim a credit regardless of if you live in a state that does not pay taxes.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
