INSPECTION:
To Inspect the vehicle/equipment, please MAKE AN APPOITMENT. To make an appointment for viewing or pick up, please call 1(661)723-6022. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON SITE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
SALE:
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
PICK UP:
Winning bidder must pick up the item within ten business days of the close of the auction. ***ALL ASSOCIATED ITEMS, PARTS, AND COMPONENTS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE TIME OF PICKUP*** Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. The City of Lancaster will not provide help. You must have an appointment to pick up items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Transport Drivers must have a letter of approval to pick up items for the buyer. A copy of the drivers' license will be made at time of pickup. 

**PLEASE NOTE: STAFF WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST BUYERS WITH LOADING OR REMOVAL OF VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, OR ITEMS. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all labor and equipment needed to be removed safely. Ensure you have the necessary help, equipment and vehicles to accommodate the loading of items. City of Lancaster DOES NOT provide any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods required for removal and transport of the items. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of all items.
