Description
Condition: GOOD
This is a gorgeous acrylic landscape painting on burlap done in 1986 by Utah artist Wayne Ivan Killpack. Killpack was an art teacher at Hillcrest High School for over 30 years, and was an accomplished artist who won many regional awards for his works. This piece features an old cabin in the countryside. It is set in a beautiful wooden frame, and the piece is wonderfully textured, given the burlap Killpack used as his canvas.
 
The piece measures 44" x 30".
 
There are a few areas with small chips in the paint, and one area where the paint is cracking a little bit. These imperfections are shown in the close up photos. The piece is a little loose in the frame. Overall, the piece and frame are in good condition.

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
