All items up for auction from Big Bend Community College are sold on an “As is- Where is” basis. Any description of an item within this auction is for general reference only, and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Potential bidders are encouraged to inspect the item before bidding, and they may conduct an inspection upon request. Buyer is responsible for removing the item from the college campus.

All property is offered for sale "as-is, where is." Big Bend Community College (BBCC) makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, whether express or implied (either in fact or by operation of law) with respect to the property, included but not limited to, the accuracy or completeness of the description of the property, or that the property will meet the bidder's needs or be free from defects. BBCC expressly disclaims all implied warranties as to the property's merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose, and no claim by bidder shall be considered for allowance or adjustment of sales price. BBCC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in the best interest of BBCC. All sales are final.

Successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) business days and remove property within ten (10) days from date of Notice of Award from Public Surplus. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.

Buyer is responsible for paying the 8.20% sales tax over the final sell price.

A Buyer's Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price, which will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid amount.
