Pick-up hours 8AM–5PM Monday – Friday (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!!).
Winning bidder is response for loading and transporting. The College does not have equipment capable of lifting machine. It is recommended bidders schedule appointment to inspect item prior to bidding to verify size and ability to transport item. The college does not provide any type of shipping or loading help – absolutely no boxing, packaging, shipping or loading assistance in any way. Buyer is responsible for all necessary equipment and man power to load and secure load.
Winning Bidder Is responsible to hire own rigging company to move and transport machine.
Winning Bidder must coordinate pick up with College at least five business days in advance or pick up may be delayed until notice is provided to avoid impact to College operations.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up.

The College reserves the right to block a bidder's ability to bid on College surplus items for any reason. This includes but is not limited to bidder's failure to make payment within required payment period, failure to make appointment for pick-up of surplus items and rude or discourteous behavior toward College staff.
The College may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for The College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
The College will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
