Does not run.  Was towed in.  Has clean title.  Batteries are dead.  One of the locking straps for the hood is missing.
 
 
License plates will be removed before pick up of vehicle. Taxes on vehicle are paid at the DMV not at point of sale.

Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the UC Berkeley Surplus will not release the item to you.
