1981 Onan 1000 kW Generator on 2001 45' Fruehauf Trailer

Generator VIN: 6689-005, ULSD DYED #2

Trailer VIN: 1JJF452F91S758767

As-Is Dimensions: 16.5' to 17' tall x 10' wide

All doors are currently open, key is available

If removing the generator for transportation, buyer is responsible for making all arrangements, crane rental, other equipment rentals if needed, and labor.

As this unit sits on the trailer now with everything on top, it is 16.5' to 17' tall. You could remove the mufflers and exhaust from the top and the skid rails and get it down to around 15' tall for transport. As it sits with the lifting hooks bolted onto the enclosure, it is about 10' wide. The lifting hooks are around 6" each so you could remove them pretty easily and get it down to about 9' wide.

The unit is a 1981 Onan 1000KW generator that currently does not run. It hasn't ran for about 6 years. It has a Cummins KTA 3067G Motor with advertised HP @1490 horsepower. Cummins came and looked at it and thought it was in the fuel pump. We haven't done anything with it since then. When it did run, it was just used for emergency backup. It was checked and ran monthly along with our other generators. We are selling because we really have no use for it anymore. Comes with trailer, enclosure, transfer switches, transformers, and everything that you see on the trailer. Tread on tires is good however we don’t know how old they are.  Trailer hasn't moved for at least 9 years.
