You are bidding on a Two Bedroom House.
 
The house is located at 1820 SW Stadium Ave., Corvallis, OR 97333.
 
The house was built in 1940 and is 928 sq ft.
2 Bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining room
 
The house must be removed.  Contents and land not included in Bid.
 
The buyer is responsible for all permits, safety, liability in removal of building and compliance with OSU Removal Agreement.  attached below.

The house must be removed by December 5, 2025 at 5pm.

Below attached is the Hazardous Building Materials Survey Report testing for asbestos and lead paint.

The winning bidder has SEVEN days to pay or OSU has the right to default the buyer and re-list the item. We will be open from 9-4 PST, Monday - Thursdays, and by appointment Friday, for payment and pick up.

10% Buyer Premium: This is added to the successful bid and is payable by the bidder. It represents the cost charged for sale of property by Public Surplus.

Public Surplus requires a $50.00 Bid Deposit on each auction over $500.00 in order to ensure fairness to all bidders. The deposit will be reversed if the bidder does not win the auction or no default occurs. The deposit will be retained by PUBLIC SURPLUS if the winning bidder defaults. If this deposit is made with a debit card, it may take up to 7 business days to be returned.

Once the bidder has been notified of the total cost, they have SEVEN days to submit payment. If payment has not been received in SEVEN days, the seller has the right to re-list the item. The winning bidder has TEN business days from the end of the auction to remove/ship their item or the item will be considered abandoned and ownership of said property reverts back to OSU.
