INSPECTION AND PICKUP OF ITEM(S) ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. (SOLD AS IS). THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKUP AND LOADING OF ALL ITEMS. PICKUP TIMES ARE 7:30 AM TO 3:00 PM, MONDAY TO THURSDAY.
WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE BIDDERS TO VIEW UNITS BEFORE BIDDING.
*UNITS ARE NOT TESTED FOR RELIABILITY OR WORTHINESS. WE DO NOT, NOR WILL WE, PERFORM ANY MAJOR DRIVING OR TESTING FUNCTIONS.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after receiving the award notice. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pickup must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of the award. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE PERMITTED.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
The successful bidder is responsible for packing and/or loading any items at the agency’s premises. Pickup must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of the award. The award notice, payment receipt, and personal ID must be presented at pickup, or the item will not be released.

Los Alamos County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac, handles all payments for Los Alamos County. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Los Alamos County will collect applicable sales tax unless the buyer has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to Los Alamos County prior to payment.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the item(s) within ten (10) business days after receiving Notice of Award. The Notice of Award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.
