Luxury Pet Kennel

This Luxury Pet Kennel was constructed with high quality materials: Exterior outdoor plywood siding with LP Smart Trim. Green treated plywood for the inside floor and composite decking for the outside kennel decking. Animal shelter has a 18 inch by 24 inch vinyl double hung window and a 27 inch by 62 inch door for access to the enclosed house portion.  The interior space has been fully prepped and is ready for the final phase of finishing.

Built by Sandberg Regional students at the Anoka Hennepin Trade and Occupations program

  • *The size is approximately 6 feet - 9 inches wide by 10 feet - 5 inches long by 7 feet - 10 inches tall
  • *The enclosed house portion is approximately 4 feet by 6 feet and the kennel portion is approximately 6 feet by 6 feet
  • *Color is two tone beige with khaki colored gables and white trim.  Architectural shingles. Color: Weatherwood
  • *It is an animal shelter that has a large size pet door 10 inches by 18 inches made by PetSafe.  Can be used for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens.....etc.  it is universal.
  • *The Kennel panels are 4 feet tall by 5 feet long. Front panel has a gate. The Panels are made by MasterPaws

After final payment is made the buyer must contact Keith Packer at Sandberg to arrange for picking up this item.  (612) 598-4749 within regular school business hours. Arrangements for the pick up time window must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior and within two weeks of the auction closing.

All items are sold AS-IS and the seller (Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11) is released from any liability.  Successful bidders will be responsible for removal of the item, upon receipt of award.  The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. The dollies that the kennel is sitting on are NOT included with the kennel.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

Payment AND pickup for an awarded item must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the Notice of Award from Public Surplus unless specified in the posted auction description. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of award.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11 will charge appropriate sales tax of 8.125%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item and will also be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if necessary, upon receipt of award. The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. The Notice of Award, Payment Receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email.
