University of Wyoming Surplus Auction — Metal Shelving System with Hardware (Gray & Green)


ITEM DESCRIPTION:

The University of Wyoming is selling a large lot of surplus metal industrial shelving components. This listing includes shelving panels in two colors (gray and green), upright support posts, bracing strips, mounting clip brackets, and a full assortment of assembly hardware.

  • Gray metal shelf panels — 1 ft wide × 2 ft long
  • Gray metal shelf panels — 2 ft wide × 3 ft long
  • Green metal shelf panels — 4 ft wide × 2 ft long
  • Green metal shelf panels — 4 ft wide × 3 ft long
  • Green perforated upright support posts — 14 ft long
  • Gray and green flat metal bracing strips with mounting holes
  • Metal shelf clip/mounting brackets (Republic Steel)
  • Nuts, bolts, and assorted fasteners

Approximately 200 shelf panels available. All hardware, brackets, bracing strips, and fasteners included at no additional charge.


HOW THIS DUTCH AUCTION WORKS:

Please be advised this is a Dutch Auction. Currently Dutch Auctions are not supported with the Public Surplus Buyer's App. To bid on this auction item, please access Public Surplus through a browser to ensure that you are able to select the quantity you would like to bid on. Your bid amount will be multiplied by the quantity you select. For example, if there are 10 items available and you bid on 3 items at $20 your bid amount would be $60. If you do not understand how this type of auction works, please contact Public Surplus buyer support on chat to discuss how these auctions work before placing a bid. Lack of understanding of this type of auction will be no excuse for failure to pay. Buyers that fail to pay will be blocked and marked as defaulted.

Minimum bid: $0.50 per shelf panel.

University of Wyoming may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for University of Wyoming.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


University of Wyoming will charge a sales tax of 6%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. Sales tax is not applicable in vehicle auctions.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours M-F 8-3PM, No pick-up on weekends or holidays.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
