1979 Case 580B backhoe with front end loader
 
was told the engine starts and it runs, but May need to jump start it because of a weak battery.  It starts by the shifter being right up against first gear. But the gears appear to work and it runs. 
 
***Was told the hydraulics are the main issue. The side outriggers and front end bucket only go up as high as you see in the picture. The backhoe does not work at this point because of the amount of hydraulic issues. There are multiple leaks and could be some Rams damaged but not sure.***
 
The tires are very old, and it appears the back ones have cracks and dry rot. Right now they are holding air.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. If the items have not been picked up after ten business days with no attempt to contact the seller, they will be re-posted to the auction and no refund will be given. We understand that there are certain circumstances which make it difficult for buyers to pick up items, however if the buyer maintains communication with Wyoming Surplus Property and makes alternate arrangements (M-F (excluding State holidays), 12-4 p.m.), leniency may be granted.  The notice of award, the payment receipt and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.

Third Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).  We are not responsible for 3rd party couriers.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. There will be a 6% Sales Tax added to items other than vehicles. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid
