Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm CST. Emails will NOT be answered evenings, weekends or holidays. Bidder must remove auction item(s) from premises within three (3) business days of notification of receipt of award. Items not removed by this date may be awarded to the next bidder. You will be provided detailed pick up instructions after your payment has been made. Bidders are responsible for the removal and transportation of item(s). NWTC will not pack or ship any item(s). Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, without warranty. NWTC makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Bidder is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Payment must be made via PublicSurplus.com. Accepted forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. Checks are not accepted. NWTC reserves the right to withdraw or extend any auctions at any time. No returns or adjustments will be made on any award.
