No appointment necessary. -- Items must be paid in full before they are released. A copy of the receipt, along your ID must be presented at the time of pick up. -- We do not accept payment in person. All payments must be made online through PublicSurplus.com. *You have 5 business days to pay and pick up your item(s). On the 6th day, all non-claimed item(s) will be canceled, re-listed and the bidder will be blocked as per terms and conditions. You are expected to load your own items. If a forklift is necessary, an appointment will need to be made. Contact our Surplus Warehouse at 801-567-8709. However, due to liability, District personnel will not help load or secure items. Payment may only be made online by credit card, or by wire transfer. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be made within five (5) business days after close of an auction. Public Surplus will notify the Buyer with a receipt of payment via email.
Utah sales tax shall be added to all purchases, except for the purchase of items with a title where taxes are paid at registration.
The Jordan School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
A Buyers Premium of 8.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
PICK UP: The Buyer must pick up their auction item(s) from Jordan School District Surplus Warehouse within five (5) business days of Notification of Award by Public Surplus. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up. The Buyer is responsible for loading their own items.
If the Buyer fails to pay and pick up their item(s) within five (5) business days of close of an auction, the item(s) may be re-sold and the Buyer will be blocked.
