This auction is for a lot of assorted leather belts / straps, as shown in photos.
The lot includes multiple leather belts of varying lengths with metal buckles. Items show visible wear consistent with age and prior use, including cracking, scuffs, stretching, and surface wear.
The original application and manufacturer are unknown. No testing or evaluation has been performed beyond visual inspection.
Condition:
- Used surplus items
- Visible wear, cracking, and aging present
- No functional testing performed
- Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS
- Quantity and condition are exactly as shown in photographs
Alternate Uses
Workbench or shop straps, tool or equipment securing, craft or leatherworking projects, theatrical or costume use, industrial décor, material recycling, or restoration projects.
Removal / Shipping Options
The buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping, and transportation arrangements. The surplus office does not ship items.

Note: The university will release items to UPS Store or PakMail once the buyer provides written authorization. All packing, transportation, and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Clemson University may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Clemson University.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Clemson University will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours, by appointment only, are normally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00PM EST except for university holidays or noted otherwise. Most surplus property is located at Clemson University Surplus and Receiving 108 Perimeter Rd Clemson SC 29634 but some items may be at other university locations across the state of South Carolina.
