				All merchandise is sold 'as is,' and without expressed, implied and/or fitness of merchant ability warranties.  Additionally, the District assumes no liability for injuries or mishaps that result from handling or utilizing any property purchased in conjunction with this bid.
The Buyer shall remove auction item(s) rom the District's premises within 5 business days of notfification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment, and within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. The Buyer is responsible for loading and removing all of the property awarded to it from the District's premises as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.
