Vehicle runs and is in working condition. Rust present throughout the dump bed. Tires in fair condition. Overall condition consistent with age. Additional issues may be present that are not listed here.

Removal:
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency’s premises within ten (10) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. Cannot be repaired or worked on while on property and must be removed beforehand. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award.  The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting of the property.  Under no circumstances will State of Montana assume responsibility for packing, loading, or transporting.

All sales are final, no refunds. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
