[ View/Ask ]Well-used 14 foot diamond flatbed trailer that bas been sitting outside for an extended period. Selling as-is due to a cracked/broken frame on the left-hand side. Surface rust throughout from long-term outdoor storage.
Condition Details:
- Deck: fair condition
- Wheel hubs: Shot/worn out
- Frame: Broken/cracked on the left-hand side.
- Fender: Damage to the front of left-hand fender
- Rear Ramp: Grating damaged
- Tires: Worn but functional
Due to the cracked frame, this trailer is not roadworthy and should be hauled away or moved via trailer/flatbed. Buyer is responsible for transport and hauling. Additional damage or wear may be present beyond what is listed above.

Removal
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency’s premises within ten (10) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. Cannot be repaired or worked on while on property and must be removed beforehand. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transporting of the property. Under no circumstances will State of Montana assume responsibility for packing, loading, or transporting.

Pay Mac, Inc. handles all payments for Admin. Dept. - State of Montana Surplus Program.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 7.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final, no refunds. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
