Buyer assumes sole responsibility of loading and moving item from its location. Manpower and equipment for removal will not be provided.
Neither the Town nor the Auction Company or its agents are liable for any damage occurring during the pickup and transport of the item after pickup by buyer, buyer’s agent, or third party has begun.
After auction has ended and payment has been made, the high bidder must coordinate pickup with Kelly at (508) 734-0605. Call or text. Do not attempt pickup until a date and time has been set.

Town of Easton may require a bid deposit.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up & viewing hours at Public Works are Monday thru Thursday 7am to 3pm, Friday 7am to 11am Hours at Fire Department are Monday thru Thursday 8am - 4pm Excluding Holiday weeks. All by appointment
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
