- Tax Exemption -
Valid Florida resale certificates must be sent to SurplusAuctions@fdacs.gov as soon as possible. Taxes are adjusted manually.
- Payment -
PayMac handles all payments. Paymac initiates payments to FDACS (Seller) once a week. Items will be available within 7-14 business days upon confirmation of payment received by FDACS. Items will not be released until funds have been received by FDACS from PayMac, there are no exceptions.
Timely payment will ensure timely pickup.
- Pick up -
The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
We advise towing of all vehicles, irrespective of their mechanical condition, as we cannot guarantee road worthiness. Buyer is responsible for adhering to Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles requirements of current registration and proper insurance coverage.
