Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.
PayMac, handles all payments for Foothills Park & Recreation District. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Sales Tax: Foothills Park & Recreation District will charge 5% sales tax on non-vehicles. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the Buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify Buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.
Foothills Park & Recreation District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all Buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
