  • These items are used, untested, and sold "as/is". 

Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up:

-After winning auction, complete payment, then call 602-236-2017 to schedule an appointment for pick-up.

-Pick-up appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 12:00pm to 2:00pm.

-Appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) business day in advance.

-Attempted pick-ups without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions.

Pick-up procedure: 

-Our address is 7005 S Kyrene Rd in Tempe, AZ 85283.

-Drive down Western Canal Path/Divot Dr and check in at the security station. 

-After checking in, turn right (south) and back up to the first warehouse on your right-hand (west) side. The warehouse has two large double doors. 
 
-Please have your photo ID and receipt ready for review if requested.

-Buyer will be responsible for loading and securing items with basic forklift loading available for large items.

-Please bring an appropriate vehicle to pick-up the purchased item. Unsafe loading situations will be turned away.


General Guideline and Statements:

-Payment must occur within nine (9) calendar days of notification of auction win.

-Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days of payment.

-Failure to comply will result in being blocked from future auctions as well as forfeiture of purchased material and payments.

-This item/lot MUST be picked up. We do NOT prepare, package or ship any items sold for pick-up. Out-of-town buyers must arrange pick-up of the item following the procedures above. Items being picked up are exactly as shown, no exceptions.

Sale of all surplus property is as-is and where-is, without warranty. The description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty on the part of the Salt River Project as to condition or quality of surplus property. The Salt River Project reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered and reject any final offer. Unless otherwise noted, all items are located in Tempe, Arizona. The Salt River Project shall provide basic forklift loading if available, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating or hauling, unless otherwise indicated. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). All sales are final.

PayMac, handles all payments for Salt River Project.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Salt River Project will charge a sales tax of 8.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bid
