Description
Condition: GOOD
18 hole Indoor Mini Golf Course.
This mini golf course is currently set up on 'half' of an Ice Arena.  (Approximately 100' x 85')
 
It's constructed of 2x4's and artificial turf.  
It needs to be disassembled for the winter.  I'm told it takes approximately 9 pallets to store this.

Due to its size, this is surplusing from site and winning bidder will pick up this auction in Big Lake.

PayMac, a third-party payment processing company receives and processes all payments for the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Matanuska-Susitna Borough may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
